Terms & Conditions

  • The participants must purchase and be the owner and/or the possessor of any BYD car model (name as indicated on the registration book) from 1st November 2022 to 31st December 2023 under the term of one car per one eligibility, together with the VIN number specified.

  • Each participant is entitled to receive only 1 prize for this lucky draw by getting the highest prize value.

  • The participant must complete a survey via RÊVER Automotive application and submit the result to join this campaign (No additional fee) from 29th November 2023 to 31st December 2023.

  • RÊVER Automotive Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) will randomize lucky draw 3 times on 16th January 2024, total value of this campaign is 3,124,899 THB

  • Lucky draw will be conducted at the Company located at 865 Siam@Siam Hotel, 9th Floor, Rama 1 Road, Wang Mai, Pathumwan, Bangkok, 10330

    • 1st time : For BYD ATTO 3 owner, the prize will be 1 BYD SEAL - RWD DYNAMIC Model, worth 1,325,000 THB

    • 2nd time: For BYD DOLPHIN owner, the prize will be 1 BYD ATTO 3 - STANDARD Range Model, worth 1,099,900 THB

    • 3rd time: For BYD SEAL owner, the prize will be 1 BYD DOLPHIN - STANDARD Range Model, worth 699,999 THB

  • The Company will announce the winner lists on the Company website (www.reverautomotive.com) and BYD RÊVER Thailand Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/BYDReverThailandOfficial) on 16th January 2024 and the Company will contact the winner from the given phone number for verification.

  • The winner must verify within 10 business days after the date of announcement (16th January 2024) together with a certified copy of identification card. If a winner does not respond within a specific period, then it will be deemed that a winner waives his/her right and the Company shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

  • The winner must be liable for withholding tax for 5% of the total prize value and other expenses i.e. Compulsory Motor Insurance, Car Insurance and other related tax, etc.

  • The winner must show a copy of identification card and copy of vehicle registration within 10 business days after the date of announcement. If a winner does not submit the required documents within a specific period, then it will be deemed that a winner waives his/her right and the Company shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

  • The prizes could not be exchanged for cash or other products and could not transfer to another person.

  • Terms and Conditions of receiving the prize are as specified by the Company only.

  • Employees of the Company, RÊVER Commercial Vehicles Company Limited and other affiliated companies including partnerships, agency companies and family could not join this campaign.

  • The decision of the Company shall be deemed absolute. If participants are found to have any form of dispute or dishonesty, the committee can cancel without prior notice.

  • The winner grants consent the Company to announce the personal data such as name, surname and related information on public channels or advertisement media channels of the Company.

Campaign details as follows

  • Car Insurance Type 1 with third party liability coverage according to the Motor Vehicle Road Accident Victims Protection Act for a period of 2 years by company as follows

    • Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited

    • Sunday Insurance Public Company Limited

    • Navakij Insurance Public Company Limited

    • Muang Thai Insurance Public Company Limited

    • LMG Insurance Public Company Limited

  • Free Home Charger Unit ready for installation covers wiring of cables and electrical safety equipment with a distance of 15 m, as well as listed equipment only. This will be carried out by Sharge Management Co, Ltd., with one-year warranty for the first installation. (excluding charging adapter and any other services not covered by the existing terms and conditions). In case where other additional services and/or equipment not stated in the existing terms and conditions are required, the customer shall be responsible for the expenses incurred. The additional services may include, for instance, ceiling, wall, and floor slitting, or in case where the electric power is not sufficient for electric car charging, the customer is required to pay an extra cost for electrical cable wiring. In addition, the installation of home charger does not include the cost of other accessories, for instance, home charger base stands.

  • Vehicle registration fee

  • Free labor costs and spare parts for maintenance purposes cover the items listed in the maintenance table only, excluding expendable items and heavy-duty spare parts. To be eligible for this offer, customers must regularly receive maintenance services at BYD Service Center according to the warranty period only. This does not include the replacement of spare parts outside of the warranty period.

  • For BYD DOLPHIN owners who purchase the car in period of 7th July 2023 - 31st October 2023, In the case of customer who already checked and paid for maintenance services, you can bring the receipt and refund both labor and parts cost at dealer within 31st January 2024, please contact to BYD dealer in order to make an appointment in advance for cash refund.

  • 24-hour towing service free towing to the nearest BYD Service Center within 100 kilometers, unlimited times per year. In addition, the car can be lifted to other places other than BYD Service Center within a distance of 35 km. In this case, if the distance is more than 35 km, the customer will be charged THB 30 per kilometer.

  • Shape-specific rubber fabric, license plate frame, screen protective film

  • 8-Year or 160,000-km Car Warranty. This is an extended warranty from the original warranty guide - i.e. from 6-year or 150,000-km warranty to 8-year or 160,000-km warranty. It is offered by Dhipaya Insurance on behalf of RÊVER Automotive Co., Ltd. For those spare parts and their extended warranty period, please refer to the list of spare parts contained in the warranty guide according to spare part categories and warranty period.

  • 8-Year or 160,000-km Battery Warranty is subject to terms and conditions in the quality assurance guide and the car user manual only.

  • 24-hour on-site technician service to initially troubleshoot problems: Free, unlimited services within a distance of 20 km. from BYD Service Center. If the distance exceeds 20 km, the customer will be charged THB 30 per km.

  • 24-hour spare key service in the event the car is inadvertently locked: This service is provided free of charge, limited to once a year, provided the distance from the place of incident to the place of spare key collection is within 20 km. If the distance exceeds 20 km, the customer will be charged THB 30 per km.
