Our RÊVERLUTION Initiative aims to greenhouse gas emission reduction efforts and accelerate transition to a Net Zero future. RÊVER intends to participate in the Voluntary GHG emission reduction program, as part of under VERRA’s Verified Carbon Standard (VCS), by promoting the switch from conventional vehicles to electric vehicles (EVs) which do not emit GHGs.

To achieve this objective, RÊVER intends to generate VCU (Carbon Credit) by promoting the switch from internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to battery electric vehicles (EVs) and the sale of BYD passenger cars bought directly from RÊVER.

After customers agree to participate in the initiative, RÊVER will initially manage all process for carbon credits issuance in this project, as well as claims for customers. After carbon credit is approved and issued by VERRA, RÊVER will allocate these back to our customers. Customers can check their carbon credit status on their RÊVER application.
